Quote Requirements
When requesting a quote from Millers Mutual, new submissions must include ACORD Applications 125, 140 and 126, Loss Runs or CLUE reports and Millers Supplemental(s). Riverside requires pictures for all Dwellings front and back. For Student Housing submissions we need at least 30 days to pre-inspect.
